Self Paced Palliative Care

pediatric palliative care (PPC) teams function best when they have a foundation of trust, a willingness to address conflict, a strong commitment to the work and to each other, the ability to provide feedback to each other in service of team excellence, and are able to put aside individual egos and need for status so that the team can achieve their shared goals. Creating and sustaining a team with these qualities is not automatic but requires leadership and a shared commitment from each team member to co-create a high-functioning team.
